If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You may exchange your purchase for a different product, or we can refund your purchase to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
For returns to be accepted we require that the original tags still be attached.
Items must be postmarked within 14 days of acquisition – returns will not be accepted if they are shipped back to us beyond the 14 day window. We utilize the tracking of shipments to verify when packages have been delivered , so that date will be accounted for when assessing return eligibility.
The following items are FINAL SALE:
Sale or promotional items
All Accessories – Handbags, jewelry, sunglasses, candles, masks, scarves, hats, gloves, socks, undergarments, and belts.
Items that have had their Garbarini price tag removed.
Any clothing items that have been altered from their original condition.
Shoes without original packaging
No refunds or adjustments will be made for any original shipping and/or handling charges. The customer is responsible for any cost associated with shipment return and may select the carrier of their choice.
If you believe you were shipped merchandise in error, or there is an issue with the merchandise you received, please contact us directly.
